Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pk8 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pk8 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk8 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your pk8 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk8 support immediately via live chat. pk8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
pk8 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at pk8's discretion.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is completed.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pk8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will remain accessible upon reactivation of the account.
pk8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed on the pk8 cashier page.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pk8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name may be reversed and the associated pk8 account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the pk8 cashier. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your pk8 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds. pk8 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

No Hidden Fees: pk8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The amount you request for withdrawal is the amount that will be credited to your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account, subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met.
All transactions on the pk8 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pk8 does not support foreign currency transactions. No currency conversion fees are applied.
pk8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. pk8 operates a VIP loyalty programme under which players earn points based on their wagering activity. Loyalty points and tier benefits are governed by the loyalty programme terms published on the platform. pk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, pk8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. pk8 will not be liable for any losses — including potential winnings — resulting from a technical malfunction. The decision of pk8 in relation to any malfunction is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pk8 platform without prior written consent from pk8.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pk8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
pk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk8 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk8 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.
You may close your pk8 account at any time by contacting pk8 support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
